Cooper Academy offers a challenging and engaging curriculum which includes hands-on learning in computer/science labs and technology-integrated classroom learning. Students excel in reading/writing, math, and science. Full day Pre-School and Kindergarten classes are available in English and Spanish as well as a wide range of enrichment programs such as cultural arts and folkloric dance, student choir,, Mariachi Ensemble, and academic support programs.  Various family supports are offered in collaboration with community partners.   Dual Language programming is available.

Students who live within the school's attendance boundary can be enrolled automatically and do not have to apply. Contact the school for registration instructions.

Students who live outside of the school's attendance boundary must submit a Choice Elementary Schools application between October and December. Available seats, if any, are filled via computerized lottery. Priority is given to applicants with a sibling who is currently enrolled in the school in grade K-6, and who will remain enrolled in the school for the coming school year.
