All CPS staff are now eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine through their doctor, healthcare provider, pharmacy or city-based sites. Use this map to search for a vaccination location near you. Beginning in mid-February 2021, CPS vaccination centers will be added once the district begins receiving vaccine doses from the federal government.
