School-Based Health Centers provide students with health care services in the school building. CPS partners with community health organizations to manage School-Based Health Centers throughout Chicago that provide quality, accessible, and age-appropriate health care to both elementary and high school students. Some School-Based Health Centers are available to the community and to neighboring schools as well. Services offered include, but are not limited to: immunizations, physical exams, sports physicals, behavioral healthcare, chronic condition management and acute care.
